The purpose of this website is to

• allow you to browse and purchase books using the internet
• learn about our shop, our café and our stock

By purchasing a product from Village Books & Coffee House, you:

1. Agree that your name, address and email address provided by you will be used to fulfil your order, in line with our Privacy Policy.

2. Acknowledge that prices quoted are inclusive of GST. Product availability may change between browsing and checkout, particularly for used and one-off titles; we will contact you if an item you've ordered is no longer available.

3. Agree that any errors made in entering contact or order details are your responsibility, and that you'll let us know promptly if your address or details change.

We take the security of your personal and purchasing information seriously and use industry-standard secure connections for all transactions on this site.

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars.

Refunds and Returns
If an item arrives damaged or not fit for purpose, please email us within 14 days of receiving it and we'll sort it out.
